Jacob 6.0

It's been a wonderful year of watching Jacob learn and grow.  He is at such an exciting age!  It seems like every day brings new discoveries and growth.  Jacob is such a special guy and it's a pleasure to have him in our family.  He is thoughtful and kind.  He has a natural talent for thinking of others and filling needs before they are even mentioned.  Jacob is a creature of habit and likes routines.  He's flexible when things get topsy-turvy but he's happiest when he has time for a bit of peace and quiet each day. He loves learning and is a perfectionist.  He's starting to accept that learning comes with mistakes.  He has an infectious laugh and gives wonderful hugs.  He's very interested in how things work and asks a lot of "how" and "why" questions.  Math seems to come very naturally to him as well as reading.  His mind is a little sponge and it's a joy to watch him soak everything up.  I am beginning to see the man inside of this boy and it's a privilege to be a part of his journey.

Bradley's favorite scripture story is Nephi and the boat too. He has to tell it as part of the primary program. I think it's a random story to have as a favorite, but good to know Bradley is not alone.

It is hard to believe that Jacob is 6 already!!! Thanks for the great update on him. He sounds a lot like his dad.
