Ada at 7 Months

Note: I did write the post (and take the pictures) back on the 16th but I just now got around to adding the pictures and posting.  What can I say?  Things are a bit crazy right now. 

Stats:

Weight: 17 lbs (42%)
~Down from 54th percentile last month.~
No checkup so no height/noggin. 

Things She's Doing:

Really working on feeding herself.  She always grabs at her spoon and she loves crackers because she can hold them herself. 

She's already losing interest in her bottle except for when she's sleepy - it's a little bit of a concern for me. I can tell she's going to be a snacker.

Working SO hard on becoming mobile.  She pushes up and is really trying to get going.
Sitting up really well.  She can reach for things without falling over and can sit for such long time.  

Outgrowing her 3-6 month clothes and moving into 6-9 month sizes.

Things She Loves:
Eating.  She LOVES to eat!

Her favorites are crackers, fruit and (I'm ashamed to say) fries.

Bathtime.

Chewing on things.

Sneaking into Mom and Dad's bed.  

Things to Remember:

She's had another ear infection bringing the tally up to 5.

She received her baby blessing on the 14th.

Bathtime is so much easier now that she can sit up without help!

Her thighs are so, SO chubby!
Her hair is still very red in the sunlight.

Her newest trick:
Sitting up!

I am so in love with this sweet girl.  She is like a ray of sunshine.  She brings such joy into our home.  I love to see the kids make her laugh.  I am just so, so in love.  Part of my heart hurts to see her grow but the rest of it is overjoyed to see her growing and developing.  I feel like our family is growing up with her.
